1. What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies and similar technologies store or access information on a browser or device. They can support authentication, security, preferences, analytics, integrations and advertising.
2. Categories used by myMulti
| Category | Purpose | Consent approach |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Security, authentication, session management, load balancing, consent choices and core requested functions | Used without consent where permitted because they are necessary to provide the requested service |
| Preferences | Language, display and user-selected settings | Consent where required; some may be necessary to remember an expressly requested preference |
| Analytics | Understand use, performance and product quality | Consent where required unless a specific local exemption applies and the implementation satisfies its conditions |
| Advertising / campaign measurement | Attribution, advertising measurement or personalization | Prior consent where required |
| Embedded third-party services | Maps, video, social or external widgets | Consent before loading where required |
3. EU and France consent rules
For users subject to EU ePrivacy rules or French cookie rules, myMulti will not intentionally place or read non-essential trackers before valid consent when consent is required. Rejecting non-essential trackers should be as easy as accepting them, and consent can be withdrawn through the available cookie settings.
4. Current deployment
Inventory verified on the live production properties on September 3, 2026. Cookies written on the parent domain .mymulti.ai are readable from every page of that host.
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Category | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|---|
multi_session | myMulti, first party, HttpOnly | Authenticated session token | Strictly necessary | 30 days |
multi_business_id | myMulti, first party, HttpOnly | Which business the signed-in account is working on | Strictly necessary | 30 days |
multi_locale, architecte_locale | myMulti, first party | Interface language chosen or derived from the browser | Preference, necessary to the requested display | 1 year |
multi_early_access | myMulti, first party, HttpOnly | Records a valid early-access code so the account area stays reachable | Strictly necessary | 1 year |
mymulti_consent | myMulti, first party, on .mymulti.ai | Stores your cookie choice so it is not asked again, across every myMulti site | Strictly necessary, exempt from consent | 6 months |
_ga, _ga_NZ1BBDQQ5K | Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager container GTM-TPLT8SMP, on .mymulti.ai | Audience measurement | Analytics, consent required | 13 months |
Google Tag Manager is loaded on every page in Consent Mode with analytics and advertising storage denied by default, so no analytics cookie is written before consent is given. Your choice is recorded in the mymulti_consent cookie on the parent domain, which is why a single answer covers mymulti.ai, agent.mymulti.ai and architect.mymulti.ai. It expires after six months, after which you are asked again, and you can change it at any time from the Cookie settings link. Apart from that cookie, the landing pages, the public multi pages and these legal pages set nothing of their own.
No advertising, profiling or social-network cookie is used at this time. This section is updated whenever the technologies actually loaded change.
5. Your controls
You can use the cookie banner or the Cookie settings link in the footer of any myMulti page to accept, reject or change non-essential categories at any time. Rejecting is one click, exactly like accepting, and withdrawing consent later takes effect immediately. Browser settings may also block or remove cookies but can affect requested functionality.
